Welcome! I’m Caroline, founder of Caring Therapist LLC in Northern New Jersey.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), and Grief Recovery Specialist, my passion is helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover healthier, more fulfilling ways to live.

  My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish, helping people feel understood, supported, and comfortable in the language that suits them best.

  I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey (#37PC00675100). I am also a National Board- Certified Counselor (NBCC), and an active member of the ACA, ASGPP, and APA. I attend workshops and trainings to stay current with the latest approaches in mental health care.
