Frequently Asked Questions

How can therapy help me?

Therapy gives you a space to talk things through and make sense of what you’re feeling. It can help you understand yourself better, break unhelpful patterns, and figure out what you need to feel more like yourself again.

What issues can therapy address?

Therapy can help with a wide range of issues like anxiety, stress, depression, relationship challenges, grief, or life transitions. It’s also a space to work through things like low self-esteem, identity questions, or feeling stuck. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit—sometimes it’s just about wanting things to feel better.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like yourself, therapy might be a good step. You don’t need to have a specific diagnosis or crisis—wanting support or a space to talk things out is reason enough. If you’re curious about therapy, that’s often a sign it could be helpful.
